Hello
My name is Neethi, and I am a qualified social scientist. My curiosities, spirit of inquiry and passion for exploration have taken me across the country and abroad, allowing me to learn and grow through shared experiences and journeys. An introvert by nature, I find comfort in being curled up with a book or watching a great TV show with my favorite cup of coffee. I appreciate the small joys in life. I lived a nomadic life for most of my life, hopping from one place to another across India. And still occasionally find comfort and peace in escaping with my backpack. I'm an avid reader with a love for historical fiction and also enjoy writing poetry in my mother tongue, Telugu. I love animals and adore my dogs, Sasha and Triton. I transitioned to a vegan lifestyle on January 1st, 2018. A value I hold dear and am passionate about.
The Backstory
When I first launched TPM on January 31, 2018, my vision was simple yet profound: to create a platform where I could express myself freely and explore diverse perspectives through various lenses. I wanted TPM to be more than just a blog—it was meant to be a catalyst for nuanced conversations, a space to delve into topics that piqued my curiosity.
Reflecting on the journey from founding TPM at 22 to where I stand today, I realize it has been nothing short of an adventure—a case study in passion, growth, and self-discovery. Over these eight years, my detours from consistent blogging were not distractions but rather intentional trips to reconnect with myself on a deeper level.
Documenting this journey in its entirety feels like a mammoth task, as it involves sharing details that are deeply personal and contemplative. This period of introspection inspired me to seek wisdom with a spirit of inquiry, pushing me to explore psychology and philosophy in new and exciting ways. From the meditations of Marcus Aurelius to the teachings of The Bhagavad Gita, this marks a new beginning—a platform solely dedicated to understanding the human experience, mental health, existence, and the pursuit of happiness.
The original TPM was diverse, exploring a wide range of topics including the environment, human rights, animal rights, lifestyle, productivity, and more which were integral to its foundation. As TPM evolved, they deserved a dedicated space of their own. This led to the creation of The Vantage Matrix (TVM), a site that branches out from TPM.
The Vantage Matrix (TVM), originally conceived as an alternative domain to original The Perspective Matrix (TPM), has significantly expanded its scope in 2024. By October 2024, TVM will launch a new website, evolving into a comprehensive platform dedicated to social sciences, forensic sciences, criminology, and more. The site will focus on publishing nuanced, technically researched articles, covering topics such as Veganism, Animal Rights, Human Rights, Productivity, Wellness, and other relevant fields.
